Turkey marks May 19 Commemoration of Ataturk, Youth and Sports Day!!!

May 19, Commemoration of Ataturk and Youth & Sports Day, is being celebrated throughout Turkey, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and all foreign representations.

The day that Mustafa Kemal stepped on the Anatolian shore to start the Independence War is a cornerstone is the formation of modern Turkey.

Children sing the national anthem, play sports, parade, commemorate Atatürk, and are reminded of the values of democracy and Turkey.
